Changes, polls, logo

A couple of changes:

Contributors (or "members") now are listed right up under the logo; that way we can all see when a new person joins.

If you are not clear about how people get on the blog or have questions about privacy, here's the scoop:

1. The blog is publicly viewable... think before you post!
   
2. Member contributors join by invitation only. Casual surfers can not jump in with comments. (So email me!)
   
3. Only an admin can invite new contributors.
   
4. I'm the admin (for now).
   

That having been said, we'll move on...

FYI, the new logo is just a quick effort on my part and certainly not intended to be permanent. There, permission granted to bash it all you want!

(Let me reiterate, in case anyone fears being blamed: blondieo is NOT responsible for that logo!!)
